2.3 Collection and delivery slots are subject to availability and may vary by area
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse any item that, in our opinion, may pose a risk of damage to other garments, machinery or personnel.
 
  1. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your laundry items
  • Inform us of any special care requirements or stains
  • Collect your items within our specified collection timeframe
  • Pay for services rendered in accordance with our pricing
3.1 You must ensure all items handed over are clearly labelled and suitable for the requested
cleaning process.
3.2 Please check all pockets and remove personal items such as money, cards, keys, jewellery.
or pens. We accept no liability for loss or damage caused by such items left in garments
3.3 lf you use our collection and delivery service, you are responsible for ensuring someone is
available to hand over or receive items at the agreed times.
3.4 If our driver cannot collect or deliver due to no one being available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
 
  1. Turnaround and Delivery

    4.1 We will notify you when your order is ready for collection or delivery,

    4.2 Any delivery time provided is an estimate only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. traffic, weather, or supply disruptions).

  1. Uncollected Items

    5.1 ltems not collected within 30 days of notification may incur a storage fee.

      5.2 items uncollected after 90 days may be donated or disposed of responsibly.

        5.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage to items after the 90-day per day.

          6. Severability

        If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

          7. Pricing and Payment

        7.1 Prices are available in-store, online, or through our mobile app

        7.2 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

        7.3 Payment is due upon collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

        7.4 For collection and delivery orders, payment may be taken in advance or upon delivery

          8. Liability Limitations

        We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of income. emotional distress or inconvenience.

          9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

        These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England for the resolution of any disputes.

        Refund Policy

        1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

        At Clarendon Laundry, we strive to provide the highest quality laundry and dry cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of collecting your items.

        1. Eligibility for Refunds

        In the unlikely event of damage or loss due to our negligence, We will compensate appropriately (proof of purchase may be required).

        OR, If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning result, please notify us within 48 hours of collection or delivery. We will inspect the item and, if appropriate, offer a free reclean.

        Refunds will not be provided for:

        • Pre-existing damage or stains that we could not remove despite reasonable efforts
        • Damage resulting from fragile materials or pre-existing weaknesses in garments
        • Normal wear and tear of clothing
        • Items not collected within 30 days of notification
