We have two convenient locations in Leicester: our flagship at 121 St Leonards Road (LE2 3BZ) and our second branch at 99 London Road (LE2 0PF).
How does your collection and delivery service work?
We cover the entire Leicestershire area! You can book a slot via our app or by calling 0116 270 3093. There is a minimum order of £32 for this service. Our friendly drivers will collect your items and return them to you professionally cleaned, folded, or ironed.
Do you handle specialist or designer items?
Yes, we are experts in designer garment care. We regularly process high-end brands such as Moncler, Canada Goose, and Stone Island. We also offer specialist cleaning for leather bags, premium footwear, and delicate evening wear, ensuring every item receives the specific care required by its label.
Can I get my laundry back the same day?
We do offer same-day service depending on the type of item and how early you drop it off at our store. For the fastest turnaround, we recommend bringing your items in as close to 9:00 am as possible.
What are the requirements for self-service laundry?
Our self-service machines are coin-operated and available in three sizes: 7kg (£4), 13.5kg (£6), and 18kg (£8). Please remember to bring your own detergent for self-service. If you prefer to pay by card or need detergent included, our Service Wash options are the best choice for you.
